Information about quotations, delivery arrangements, cancellations and returns.

Delivery
We confirm product availability, delivery location, estimated delivery time and shipping costs individually before accepting an order. Delivery options depend on the part, its location and size. We do not quote a standard delivery fee or fixed lead time on this website.
For consumer orders, unless another delivery period is agreed, the legal default is delivery within 30 days. Please contact us immediately if a shipment is delayed.
Cancellation for consumer distance orders
Where UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply, consumers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to notify us that they wish to cancel, without giving a reason. After notifying us, they generally have another 14 days to return the goods. Statutory exceptions may apply, including certain made-to-order or customised products.
Please email zigexport@gmail.com with your order details and a clear cancellation request. We will provide return instructions and confirm any applicable return postage arrangements. Do not send parts to the registered office without first obtaining return instructions.
Refunds
Where the statutory right of cancellation applies, eligible refunds will be made in accordance with UK consumer law, including the applicable standard delivery charge. We may wait until goods are returned or appropriate evidence of return is supplied, as permitted by law. We will not impose an unlawful restocking fee.
Faulty or incorrectly described goods
Consumers retain their statutory rights under UK law, including rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality. These rights apply to used parts as well, taking account of age, condition, price and the description of the item. Nothing on this website limits those rights.
Business-to-business orders
Terms for trade customers are confirmed with the quotation or order confirmation and may differ from statutory consumer cancellation arrangements. Please check all specifications before accepting an order.
